- After paying through paypal or CC, it will usually take 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday only) to be shipped.
- Depending on our volume of orders, some orders might be delayed by 24/48 hours.

Domestic Shipment Information
- Shipping is free within the contiguous United States and product will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail from our warehouse in either California or Indiana depending on inventory within 1-2 business days. Shipping transit may vary from 1-6 business days mail depending on where you live.
International Shipping Information
- We ship to all of North and South America based on a calculated shipping rate. We are not responsible for return shipping internationally. For shipping worldwide please contact us for a quote.

We sell products in a variety of condition levels. If you prefer to buy only brand new items, we can fulfill your needs. However, our goal is to offer products that provide the utmost in value. Therefore if you are open-minded to alternative condition levels we can often substantially reduce your capital investment. Note that every item has, at least, a functionality warranty, no matter what the condition (unless stated on the product listing). So you know your investment is protected. What Is Refurbished Product
This product was originally purchased and returned to a major retailer. As a refurbishing company we inspect, test, service and repackage each component. In our testing, the unit was found to be fully functional and restored to factory settings. When listed as Refurbished, it was simply tested and found to be fully operational. If and when we service our units we use only parts from an authorized Manufacturers service center. The condition of this product may include light use, typically found on the bezel or casing of the unit from repackaging the item. At times the original package is not included with this purchase.
What Is A New Product
The product is new, sealed in it's factory packaging. Stands have been pulled out of a TV box and still have the original plastic wrap on it. Boards have been pulled from working TVs that the screens have been cracked.
What Is A New Open Box
The product is new, either in resealed factory packaging or replacement packaging. (Typically on hard drives this means that the drives have been re-bagged).The item may be a customer returned item.
What Is A Used Product
The product has been removed from working service. Often these are sourced through off-lease or industrial excess channels. These products vary in their usage due to age of system & type of service etc.. The cosmetic condition is not warranteed, however, hardware functionality is fully warranteed.
What is a Factory Refurbished Product
The product has been built, rebuilt or repaired at the original manufacturer's factory (Note we NEVER sell 3rd party repaired items, as we do not find them to be reliable enough). Often these products are extremely close to new in condition, except that they contain at least one recycled or repaired component. Failure rates are often lower on these devices since they have been far more thoroughly tested than new items.
